Tropic Marin® Block Strontium is a concentrated trace element solution formulated to replenish strontium and barium—two essential alkaline earth metals critical for skeletal development in corals, clams, and calcareous algae. These elements naturally occur in seawater but are rapidly depleted in thriving reef systems through coral growth and biological uptake.

Dosage & Application

 

Add 2 ml per 100 L (26 US gal) of aquarium water daily to increase concentrations by approximately:

 

• Strontium: +1 mg/L (ppm)

• Barium: +1.32 µg/L (ppb)

 

Maximum dosage: 4 ml per 100 L (26 US gal) daily.
