At Top Shelf Aquatics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
